Delivery policy

MatchMyProgram does not sell or ship physical goods. Its one paid service, live one-to-one mock interviews, is delivered online by video call.

How a mock interview is delivered

1. After you pay, we confirm your booking by email or WhatsApp within one working day.
2. You send your ERAS CV and personal statement, and we agree a date and time for each session in your plan.
3. Each session is 60 minutes live on Zoom or Google Meet: 40 minutes of mock interview and 20 minutes of feedback. The link is sent before the session.
4. Your written feedback report is emailed within 24 hours of each session.

Timing

Sessions are arranged at a time that suits you, subject to availability, and can be used until 31 January 2027. Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before a session. If you have not heard from us within one working day of paying, write to hello@matchmyprogram.com or message us on WhatsApp.

If a session cannot take place

If we cancel, your interviewer does not join, or a technical fault on our side stops the session, you choose a new time or a refund for that session. A session you cancel less than 24 hours ahead, or miss, counts as used.
