How booking and payment work
Each plan on the mock interview page has a Book button. In rupees, payment is by UPI, card or net banking through Razorpay. In US dollars, payment is through PayPal. Your card and bank details go to the payment company and never reach this site. The price shown is the full price you pay; nothing is added at checkout.
Cancellations and refunds
You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before a session; a session canceled later, or missed, counts as used. A plan can be canceled for a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as none of its sessions has taken place. Sessions that have taken place are not refunded. Unused sessions expire on 31 January 2027. If we cause a problem, you choose a new time or a refund. The refund policy and the terms have the details.
