Questions
How long is a session?
60 minutes, live on Zoom or Google Meet, followed by a written report.
How do I pay?
In rupees, Book opens a secure Razorpay page: UPI, card or net banking. In US dollars, Book opens a secure PayPal page: pay with a PayPal account or a card. No PayPal account is needed.
Rescheduling and refunds
Reschedule free up to 24 hours before a session. Canceled later, or missed, it counts as used.
Full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as no session in your plan has taken place. Sessions held are not refunded.
Unused sessions expire on 31 January 2027.
If we cause a problem (we cancel, your interviewer does not join, or a technical fault on our side), you choose a new time or a refund.
Is the session recorded?
Only if you ask. Tell us before your session, and your interviewer will record it and send it to you. Please do not record the session yourself.
What happens to my CV and PS?
Your interviewer reads them before the session, so the questions come from your own application.
What is different with two or more mocks?
Your last session is a full interview from start to finish, just like the real one.
Will this get me interviews or a match?
No one can promise that. What you get is practice, honest feedback and a clearer way to tell your story.
