Refund and cancellation policy

Short version: you can move any session free of charge up to 24 hours before it. A plan can be canceled for a full refund within 7 days of paying, as long as none of its sessions has taken place. Sessions that have taken place are not refunded. If something goes wrong on our side, you choose a new time or a refund.

What this covers

MatchMyProgram has one paid service, described on the pricing page: live one-to-one mock interviews by video call, sold as plans of 1, 2 or 3 sessions. Everything else on the site is free.

Rescheduling

Tell us at least 24 hours before a session and we move it to another time at no cost, as often as you need, as long as the session takes place by 31 January 2027. A session canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, counts as used.

Canceling a plan

You can cancel a plan for a full refund if you ask within 7 days of paying and none of its sessions has taken place. Once a session in a plan has taken place, the plan is no longer refundable; the remaining sessions stay yours to use until 31 January 2027. Sessions not used by 31 January 2027 expire and are not refunded.

When something goes wrong on our side

If we cancel a session, if your interviewer does not join, or if a technical fault on our side stops a session, you choose: a new time, or a full refund for that session. If you were charged twice or charged by mistake, the extra payment is always refunded in full.

How to ask

Email hello@matchmyprogram.com or message us on WhatsApp from the address or number you booked with, and include your payment reference. We reply within one working day. An approved refund is sent within 2 working days the way you paid (through Razorpay to your card, UPI account or bank account, or through PayPal), and usually shows in your account within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank.

Your legal rights

This policy is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer law of the country you live in, and does not take any of them away.
